NAY PYI TAW, Aug. 18, 2015 - Parliament representatives arrive at the parliament to attend the 12th regular session of the House of Representatives (Lower House) in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar, Aug. 18, 2015. The 12th regular session of Myanmar's House of Representatives (Lower House), which was adjourned since July 24 due to flooding, resumed in Nay Pyi Taw on Tuesday.
