Nearly 9.5 lakh Bihar voters chose NOTA

 : Patna, Nov 8 (IANS) Around 9.5 lakh voters in Bihar chose not to vote for any candidate in the assembly elections and pressed the "None of the Above" (NOTA) button on the electronic voting machines (EVMs).
