SANTIAGO, Sept. 7, 2014 - People take part in a clashes on the 41st anniversary of the military coup that brought Augusto Pinochet to power, in Santiago, capital of Chile, on Sept. 7, 2014. By the end of Pinochet's regime in 1990, 200,000 Chileans were driven into exile, 40,000 were tortured by the security apparatus, and more than 3,000 were executed or remain unaccounted for in the country.
