DAKAR, July 21, 2018 - Koumakh Bakhoum teaches Chinese lesson at the Confucius Institute of Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar, Senegal, July 18, 2018. The 30-year-old Bakhoum was a graduate student majoring in International Chinese Language Education at Dalian University of Foreign Languages in China. He is now a teacher teaching Chinese language at Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar. "Learning Chinese language has opened a door for me and I hope to become an envoy to promote friendship between China and Senegal by teaching Chinese language and culture in my country," said Bakhoum.
