SINGAPORE, July 1, 2016 - File photo taken on March 28, 2016 shows pups of a wild otter family called "Bishan10" at Singapore's Tanjong Rhu area. The size of this wild otter family has enlarged from only two otters spotted for the first time in Singapore's central area Bishan Park in 2014 to ten otters till now. As a result, Singapore's otter enthusiasts nicknamed them as "Bishan10". Within these 2 years, there is an increase in sightings of different otter families in many places of Singapore. The 13th International Otter Congress organised by International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) will be held in Singapore for the first time from July 3 to 8.
