BANGKOK, Feb. 8, 2019 - Captain (R) of a capsized speedboat is seen with policemen at a dock in Thailand's Rayong Province, Feb. 7, 2019. The Chinese Embassy in Thailand said on Thursday that a speedboat carrying Chinese tourists capsized off Thailand's Koh Samet island, leaving two Chinese tourists injured but not in critical condition. The volunteer rescue team which participated in the rescue mission said on social media that the incident happened at around 13:00 p.m. local time and the boat carried 23 Chinese tourists, one tour guide and two crew members.
