NEW YORK, April 27, 2017 - Traders work at the New York Stock Exchange in New York, the United States, on April 26, 2017. U.S. stocks closed down Wednesday after the Trump administration announced the much anticipated tax plan. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 21.03 points, or 0.10 percent, to 20975.09. The S&P 500 erased 1.16 points, or 0.05 percent, to 2,387.45. The Nasdaq Composite Index lost 0.27 points, or less than 0.01 percent, to 6,025.23.
