Even before the formation of anti-BJP and anti-Modi coalition, rift is visible before the 2019 general elections. BSP supremo Mayawati clarified that her party will enter into alliance with other parties only if it was given a respectable number of seats or else it would contest the general elections alone. While addressing BSP’s national executive meeting, Mayawati asked her party workers to remain prepared for any situation even though talks on alliance with other parties in UP and other states.
