The south-west monsoon lashing Kerala since the start of June is not only showering down a deluge but also prompting people to find ingenious ways to wade through the drudgery. This video shows the priest and employees of Parapadathamma temple in Veloor, Kottayam, using an uruli (large vessel for cooking) as a boat to reach the temple, the premises of which were submerged in water.
