In a shocking incident in Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly, an 8-year-old boy lost his life to an attack by a group of stray dogs. The boy was left with innumerable marks and wounds all over his body and even his skull was disfigured. According to the deceased boy's parents, the stray dogs attacked the boy when he was going to a nearby temple. Passers by tried to save the boy from the ferocious dogs, but to no effect. The cops explained that they cannot file a complaint in this case, as only stray dogs are involved, but they are looking towards local government bodies to financially help the deceased family.
