In a shocking incident, a 35-year-old gang-raped by five men in her own house in Uttar Pradesh’s Sambhal district. The five accused later dragged the victim and burned her alive in a temple’s yagyashala near her home. The heinous crime happened in a village under Rajpura police station. The accused barged into the house of the woman and brutalised her. The victim even dialed 100 for help from UP police minutes before she was burned alive. FIR has been registered and all the five accused are booked for gangrape and murder.
