Congress on Friday said that the largest opposition party got only 38 minutes to highlight the faults of the NDA government which is inadequate. While talking to media, senior congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge said that no-confidence motion should not be treated as question hour. Kharge said each party should be given at least 30 minutes time to debate on the issue. The grand old party leader demanded ample time to discuss the motion,saying that it depends on the Speaker of the House.
