Ace Indian shuttler PV Sindhu will play Carolina Marin in the final of the BWF World Badminton Championships 2018 on 5th August. Sindhu entered the final after she outplayed Japan's Akane Yamaguchi in straight sets 21-16, 24-22 in the semifinal. Today's match gives PV Sindhu a chance to avenge her loss in the Olympics final to Carolina Marin in 2016. If Sindhu wins the match against Marin, she will become the first Indian to become the BWF World Badminton champion.
