On the occasion of the 72nd Independence Day, prominent government buildings in the capital wore a colourful look. Rashtrapati Bhawan, North Block and South Block were illuminated in colourful lighting presenting a mesmerizing view. India celebrates its 72nd Independence Day on August 15, and the Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation from the ramparts of the Red Fort. Security has been tightened in Delhi amid reports that some Lashkar militants could have sneaked in the capital.
