Amid heavy security, the first batch of 1,500 pilgrims from various parts of country on way to Buddha Amarnath Temple at Mandi reached Jammu & Kashmir's Poonch on Friday evening. The pilgrims are going for the annual pilgrimage of Buddha Amarnath Temple in Mandi area in Poonch. The Yatra will continue up to one week. The annual Budha Amarnath Yatra commenced on August 17 with the first batch of pilgrims reaching Poonch.
