Relief materials are being sent from Bangalore to Kodagu after landslides are occuring after heavy rain in Kodagu, Karnataka. The relief materials are being supplied by the Kodava community and others from Bangalore and medicines along with water blanket, rice and other cooking materials to affected area in Karnataka. 6 people have died as several roads have collapsed and connectivity has been cut and only locals are allowed inside the affected areas with the rescue team and flood materials. Volunteers are busy packing relief materials, led by people from the Kodava community as well as professionals from various fields. The materials will be segregated and dispatched to rain-affected areas of Coorg.
