Among the worst disaster that flooded Kerala is facing in the last 100 years, there are inspiring stories that are coming up which shows fighting spirit of the people to help and rescue those stranded in submerged areas. One such inspiring incident was recorded from Thrissur district in Kerala where a fisherman bowed down on his knees to help women and children climb the NDRF boat. Fishermen are seen helping the stranded people along with the NDRF officials in the coastal areas of the state.
