General Bipin Rawat, chief of Indian Army, in an exclusive interview said that terrorism and peace talks can't take place together. General Rawat said that Centre's decision to call-off talks with Pakistan on the sidelines of United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York next week is a correct decision. The Army Chief said, "Talks aren't being held, because our government's policy is that talks and terrorism can't take place together. We have given a clear message to Pakistan. Government's policy is clear that Pakistan has to prove with their actions that they aren't promoting terrorism."
