Thousands of commuters were in a rude shock and left stranded in the morning rush hour after tripping of power supply in Delhi Metro’s Yellow Line yesterday. Incident happened at Samaypur Badli-HUDA City Centre metro stations of yellow line. Nearly six thousand passengers stuck in two trains with no AC between Sultanpur and Qutub Minar metro stations. They were rescued by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) officials nearly after two hours. The evacuation of almost 6000 passengers is biggest in Delhi Metro's history.
