Karan Johar is not one to mince his words and neither does he take accusations lying down. Weeks after a video from the filmmaker's house party stirred quite a storm on social media, with many netizens alleging that it was a 'drug party', Karan Johar has finally spoken out about the same. In a recent interview, he expressed his dissent and went on to talk about how a public figure is not even allowed to 'scratch their nose' or 'put their phone in the back pocket'. He was bewildered at how 'a shadow of light is perceived to be some kind of powder'. Karan furthermore spoke about how he did not react well to the 'baseless accusations' and recalled the conversation he had with his colleagues seen at the party which included stars like Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal and Malaika Arora, to name a few. He told them that he is not taking the rumours too kindly, and the next time reports such as this surface, he will 'take the legal route'.
