National Institute of Technology in Srinagar will reopen on October 15. Restrictions were imposed in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, when Centre abrogated Article 370 and bifurcated it into union territories on August 5. In the wake of the situation, the classes were suspended in NIT. Last month HRD ministry had announced the reopening of the classes at NIT. It will open after two and a half months shutdown. Gradually normalcy is returning in the valley. Mobile networks supposed to be restored on October 14 in the valley.
