Two days after Rajnath Singh hinted at review of India's no-first-use nuclear doctrine, the defence minister indicated there would be no softening of stance towards Pakistan. Speaking at a rally in Haryana, Rajnath Singh said that if talks were to be held with Pakistan, it would be only on the issue of Pak-occupied Kashmir. The defence minister also said that Article 370 was removed from Jammu and Kashmir so that it could develop on par with the rest of the country.
