Speaking at Raisina Dialogue, Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Sergey Lavrov said that the French ambassador to Israel confirmed that there was a commitment not to expand NATO. Between the lie about not expanding NATO and the events which started one year ago, there were so many developments which cannot be overlooked. 'We defended our security', he added.
