Times Now has accessed a letter written by former Jammu and Kashmir governor Jagmohan to Rajiv Gandhi in April 1990. In the letter, Jagmohan has accused the former prime minister of repeatedly ignoring his warnings since 1998 on increased infiltration from Pakistan and the growing radicalisation of Kashmiri youth in the valley. Jagmohan accused Rajiv Gandhi of failing to heed to his advice for political reasons and says that ignoring the warning signs about the gathering storm in Kashmir was to commit sins of true historical proportions.
