Got some old bread? Then this is one crispy and easy to make recipe that will everyone at home happy! You can use brown bread, or white bread for this recipe. Do not use fresh bread, as slightly old bread will give that crispy golden brown texture.
How to Make Bread Pakoda
- In a bowl mix the chickpea flour, rice flour with salt and spices and make a thick batter by adding a little water. It should resemble a pancake batter.
- Heat oil in a deep non stick pan.
- Dip each bread slice in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve the pakora hot .
Serve with Mint coriander chutney, Tomato sauce
