Piaggio has re-entered into the Indian market with its premium offering- the Fly 125 that comes with premium features. 12” alloy wheels, analogue instrument cluster, an engine kill switch and front disc brake are given with powerful 125 cc four stroke motor. The Indian launch is not yet specified.
The 124 cc four stroke single cylinder air cooling engine will be producing 14bhp power at 9750 rpm and 12Nm torque at 8000 rpm. Telescopic fork front suspension and twin hydraulic shock absorbers in rear will be given for stability and comfort. Front disc brake and rear drum brake will be given for enhanced safety. If launched in India it will compete with Honda Activa 125 Suzuki Access 125 and Mahindra Gusto.
