SYDNEY - Photo taken shows two meerkat babies at Taronga Zoo in Sydney, Australia. The two meerkat babies have just started venturing outside their nest box to explore Taronga's African-themed Meerkat exhibit this week. The yet-to-be-named meerkat babies are developing quickly. SINGAPORE - The 22-month-old male Goodfellow's tree-kangaroo Makaia looks on from a perch in its enclosure at the Singapore Zoo in Singapore. Makaia, the first successfully raised Goodfellow's tree-kangaroo by a surrogate yellow-footed wallaby following the death of its mother in a technique known as "cross-fostering" from Australia's Adelaide Zoo, was transferred to the Singapore Zoo a month ago.
