July 03 : While Bollywood stars are mourning the loss of the dance maestro and are sharing their fond memories on their social media handles, Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her Instagram handle and shared a couple of memories with the veteran.

Paying tribute to the legendary choreographer, the Good Newwz actor wrote, “Master ji always told me...perrr nahin chala saktiii toh kam se kam face toh chalaaaaa.” Kareena had worked with the veteran on the song ‘Ye Ishq Haye’ from Jab We Met. Saroj Khan fetched her third National Award in 2007 for the song’s choreography.

Sharing priceless memories of the choreographer, the actress wrote that Masterji taught her to enjoy dancing. “Smile and smile through the eyes,” Masterji taught her. “There can never be another...Dance and expression can never be the same for us actors and for everyone who loved her... Love you master ji. Till we dance again... RIP,” Kareena wrote.

Earlier in an interview, Kareena had said that she was terrified of the choreographer as in the initial days of her career she didn’t know how to dance and Saroj Khan used to scold her. She also said that it was quite difficult to impress Masterji.
