June 14 : Today marks one year since Sushant Singh Rajput left us for heavenly abode. It was on 14 June 2020, when he was found dead in his apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. The news came as a big shock to his fans not only in India but all over the world.
Since the day he has left, there has not been a single day when his fans have not missed him. Today on his first death anniversary, his family, fans, friends and industry people, everybody is paying their tribute to the late actor. Remembering her time spent with him, his co actor Bhumi Pednekar wrote a heartfelt note on her social media.
Bhumi shared Sushant's photo and wrote,"Miss you, your questions and everything we spoke about. From the stars to the things unknown, you showed me the world like I had never seen it before. I hope you've found your peace my curious sweet SSR.. Om Shanti.”
Bhumi and Sushant worked together in the film Sonchiriya which is based on the rooted tale set in Chambal. The film was released in 2019 and received positive reviews from the critics.
Even after a year, many controversies are still lingering around his death. The case is still under investigation and his fans all over the world are waiting for the final verdict.
We all miss Sushant and hope he has found his peace now!
