Adani-Hindenburg row: SC reluctant to give 6-month extension for SEBI probe; final hearing on May 15

SC has indicated its agreeable to extend the time granted to SEBI for conclusion of the Hindenburg - Adani Group investigation by only two or three months. The bench comprising Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justices PS Narasimha and JB Pardiwala emphasized the need for a quicker resolution. The official order regarding SEBI's extension request will be announced on May 15.
