Maharashtra: Suspense over government formation to end soon?

After meetings and meetings, is it going to be a final meeting for the Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress sometime today? Talks for government formation have been going on for weeks without any concrete result so far. Have the three parties managed to work out a formula where they can provide a stable government in Maharashtra? Are they in together just to keep the BJP out of power? Or will it turn into a damp squib by the end of today.
