QUAD is a 'critical vehicle of engagement', not a military group: US Secy of State Blinken

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken speaking at the Raisina Dialogue said Quad is deeply engaged in the Indo-Pacific region. On the conflict in Ukraine, Blinken asserted that it "matters to the whole world". The US secretary of states said: "Quad is a force for good, positive and affirmative actions," adding, that Quad is a "critical vehicle of engagement". Blinken maintained that Quad "is not a military group" and emphasised that it is looking to collaborate in "new technology" and "innovation" and intends to bring "academia and experts" on the platform.
