This saying holds good even if you are one who loves to spinach at any time of the day!
Did you know that excess consumption of spinach can cause certain crucial problems like:
Severe Stomach and Digestion Disorders like cramps, diarrhoea and even constipation.

Spinach contains a lot of oxalic acid and if eaten a lot- can hinder the absorption of many minerals into our body.
Note: Those were just a few, and this is not mean: you cannot eat your spinach. Eat it 2-3 times a week and you are great to go!

Chocolate with Rose Water
Rose water is one of the best ingredients to get that fast glow and gloss on the skin. Apart from that, the face will get a nice fragrance which is very soothing for the mind and body. Add 3 tablespoons of rose water to cocoa powder and mix well. Apply onto to your neck also to attain an even tone and glow all over.
Chocolate with Potato Juice
Grate one potato and blend it well with a little milk. Then strain it to get some potato juice. Take 2-3 tablespoons of potato juice and mix with cocoa powder. Apply this mix onto face and leave for 10 minutes. Massage the face in an upward direction to lift those facial muscles and wash with some cold water.
Chocolate with Papaya Mash
Take quarter of a ripe papaya and mash properly with a fork or you can blend it well. Take 3-4 tablespoons of the mash and mix with the cocoa powder and mix well. Apply on face and leave to dry for at least 30 minutes.
Then you can wash away with some cold water gently. Do not rub the face too hard, but rather massage so that the dead skin can be exfoliated from the face without hurting or causing small bruises on the face.
Choco Tips to give that lasting finish
- Wash you face before applying any mix and then pat dry.
- Sit in a cool place once you have applied the mask and wait for it to dry.
- Try applying these masks at least 3 times a week to get younger looking skin in a short span of time.
- It is best that you apply the mask on the face and neck so that an even tone of skin is maintained.
- Never leave the mask for more than half an hour because this will make the skin more tight and dry; plus it will need more massages to loosen these masks.
- Do not use ice cold water to wash the face. You can either use water that is at normal body temperature or even lukewarm water. This is what helps to massage and also aid in taking off the mask from the face.
