Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel is on collision course with BJP government at Centre over procurement and minimum support price of paddy. CM Baghel will march towards Delhi against Central government on November 13 along with Congress leader, workers and farmers. Around 20,000 farmers and a convoy of 600 vehicles will accompany him to Delhi. Baghel will address roadside rallies en route to Delhi.
