Children Day is here and here is a little fact to refresh your memory- It's Jawaharlal Nehru's Birthday. Jawaharlal Nehru was also referred to by the name of Chacha Nehru or Chacha Ji and was famously known for his love for children. November 14 known as Nehru Jayanti not only marks Chacha Nehru's birthday but also pays tribute to the love and affection he had for children when he was alive.
The great leader strived to work for the upliftment and development of children by playing a big role in the establishment of several institutions. He even said of how he believed that children were the future of the country and bringing them up properly would ultimately determine the future of the country.
It was only after his death that a day titled, "'Children's Day'' started being celebrated in his memory. Take a look at these cute photos of kids who are paying their respects by pretending to be Chacha Ji himself.
White clothes and the dusty life !!
Now mama told me to go outside have fun and play but she also told me that she would get angry if I got my awesome white kurta dirty. Now thing is, today's fun and play is all about cleaning and clearing the way. Question is what should I actually do today ??

Kids: Oh Yessssssssssssss !!
Group leader: So since there's only 1 cake and cos I'm the leader, Don't you think I should have the whole cake?

tasked with spreading the love both far and near,
when you see them , you better not forget to applaud !!

When you're the tallest kid of the group, guess its time to lead the junior army troop. !!

Birthday Boy ??
Now it may be Chacha Nehru's Birthday, but all my friends are here and looks like I'm dressed really well for the occasion. So we might as well sing happy birthday, blow the candles, clap hands, and I'll have the big cake all for myself. Well, guess, its Happy Birthday to me then !!
Wrong day !! Wrong Rose ??
Guess this is what happens when you think February 14 is Children's Day and go to the shop and order roses.
This little smart guy had absolutely no problem pinning the rose to his pocket. If the rose stays it stays, thats his motto !!
A Flower shower !!
The greatest gift you can probably give to the fallen leaders or martyrs are remembering them even after they have left us from this world.
This goes to all the near and dear ones we have all lost in the past. Take the time to remember them, pray for them and even wish them on their birthdays. While they may not be with us, their legacy can still live on for generations to come, if we just took up a few minutes of our lives to remember a time when they were alive.
