our favourite food...we tasted chicken in different im introduce a special chicken dry fry....


chicken - 1kg,1. ginger garlic paste - 3 t spoon , pepper - 2 spoon , turmeric powder - 1 pinch , kashmiri chilly powder - 1 t spoon , salt to taste , garam masala 2tspoon
2.chopped onion - 3 big , green chilly - 3, tomato sauce - 1 spoon , masala powder - 1 spoon , ginger garlic - 2 t spoon , mustard - 1pinch, curry leaves, oil, salt to taste, kashmiri chilly powder - 1 t spoon, coriander leaves, coconut pieces.


make a paste of 1st category items and marinate with the cleaned chicken pieces. keep the chicken for 10 mts. take a vessel and put this chicken to it and allow it to cook for just 5 mts..take the shalloe cooked chicken and take the chicken stock seperately.
take another vessel and add some oil..fry the chicken pieces..
keep another pan on stove ..add little oil and put mustard and afte that add ginger garlic coconut pieces,gren chillyand chopped onion. allow it to turn brown. . then add chilly powder and masala powder and stir it well ..before turning the colour of the paste add the fried chicken pieces in to it..stir it well .add some curry leaves and coriander leaves and stir it until it becomes the stove and serve this tasty dish with appam /chappathi/rice.
