Bengali Chicken Curry


500gm Bone Chicken, Vegetable Oil, 3 Bay Leaves, 2 Cinnamon Sticks, 3 Cloves, Turmeric & Chilli Powder, 2 Onion (sliced Thin), 2 Tomatoes (cut Into Small Psc), Ginger Garlic Paste, 7/8 Green Chilli & 3 Big Onion Paste, Salt & 2 Cup Water.


Marinate Chicken With Oil, Salt, Turmeric & Chilli Powder & Set Aside For 30min.
Heat Vegetable Oil In Pan. Add Marinate Chicken Fry Till Golden Brown. Keep Pan With Contents Aside To Cool. Again Heat Vegetable Oil In Pan. Add Bey Leaves, Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Green Chilli & Oinon Paste, Sliced Oinon, 1min Fry. Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Fry Till Raw Smell Leaves. Add Tomatoes, Chilli & Turmeric Powder, Salt, Marinate Chicken Fry & Mixed 1min. Add Water, Cover Pan & Bring To Boil 3/5min.
