egg & soya chilly


soya chunks- one hand full
onion - 1 ( cut in square 1 inch)
green chillies - 2
shimla mirch - 1/2 ( cut in square 1 inch)

tomatoe sauce- 1 table spoon
soya sauce - 1 tsf
chilly sauce- i tbsf
pepper powder - as required
corn flour- i tbsf
coriander leaves
garlic sliced
ginger juliened


in boiling water add soya chunks and let it be cooked for 1 minutes, let it cool down and squeeze the water from chunks, in mixer grinder jar grind it to just make it seperate, beat the three eggs for omellet, add smashed chunks and salt, make a thick omellette in slow heat, cook both sides, cut into small cubes and keep aside, in a wok add oil and heat , add onions, shimla mirch , ginger & garlic. stir for 2 mins, add sauces and add corn flour syrup as required, when it thickens and boils, add egg peices, stir well, sprinkle salt and pepper and mix well, remove the wok from fire and garnish with chopped coriander leaves, enjoy with rice or chappathi
