EASY SIDE DISH
Big ripe tomatoes(sliced and salted for 15 min)-5
Gingely oil-5 tsp
Mustard seed-1/4 tsp
Curry leaves-1 sprip
Red chilli powder-1-1.5 tsp
Asafoetida-A generous pinch
Fenugreek powder-1 pinch
Add oil to pan and splutter mustard and add curry leaves. Add tomatoes , mash and cook well. when it melts add chilli powder and asafoetida. mix well . when oil starts appearing on top off flame and add fenugreek powder and sugar . Mix well and use.(add more salt if required).
