A simple stir-fry dish with chicken and vegetables. Serve with rice or noodles for a delicious, quick meal. Try this Chinese recipe.


150g Broccoli or broccolini florets
1/2 Carrot, sliced thinly
1 tbsp. Oil
500g Chicken fillets, sliced
1 pkt Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce Cantonese Chicken


1 Place vegetables in a microwave oven-proof dish, cover with boiling water and cook in a microwave oven on high for 2 – 3 mins. Drain.
2 Heat oil in a wok or fry pan over high heat, add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through for 3 – 4 mins.
3 Add vegetables and sauce to pan and stir-fry until sauce thickens for 1 – 2 mins.
Tip: Cut chicken into thin strips for quicker cooking, or slices for interest and variety.
