How to Make Banana Dosa

  1. Take the banana and chop it evenly into rough slices.

  2. Take a container with milk and add the chopped bananas into it.Mix it well.

  3. Transfer the chopped bananas milk mixture to the dosa batter container. Blend it well.

  4. Take a non-stick tawa (griddle) and heat it. Sprinkle some water on the tava and gently wipe it using a cloth. Now add few drops of ghee to a tawa or pan.

  5. When the pan is hot enough, pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it in a circular motion.

  6. Cook on a high flame untill the batter turns brown in colour and crisp. Keep in mind to adjust the flame as per the pan size and thickness.

  7. Now flip the sides and cook the dosa on other side as well. Cover the pan with a lid.

  8. Once the batter on the top is cooked, sprinkle 1/2 tsp oil on the edges of the batter and in the center of the pan.

  9. Take it off the pan and place on a plate. Follow the same process to cook the Dosa. All dosas are to be made in this same manner.

  10. Soft and delicate banana dosa is ready to serve with a dollop of ghee. It's YUM.

Use potato masher to mash the bananas or mixer too. Since banana dosa tend to be very fine in texture and soft too, ensure to gradually loosen the edges in order to remove it from griddle.
