A spicy condiment that is mostly used in Indian cuisine and even in Arabic cuisine. This sauce or chutney is very refreshing and when eaten with kebabs, fries, meatballs, gives a spicy burst of flavors along with the oily foods.
How to Make Mint Chutney
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- If it is difficult to blend, add 1 tablespoon of fresh curd and blend until smooth.
- You can adjust the consistency and seasoning as per your preference.
This is a quick recipe which can be tried by all. You can add green chillies, if you like more spice.
