This is a lightly spiced fruity drink that is rich in vitamin C, A, and contains a lot of dietary fibers. Have a glass of this drink before going for work or to school and you will feel refreshed. This drink will boost your hemoglobin and also keep you skin glowing always.


How to Make Orange Spice Blast

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender except the ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth. If too thick, add a bit of cold water.
  3. Then strain into a pitcher and fill with ice cubes. Serve immediately.


This is a quick recipe which can be tried by all. If you want a less spicier drink, reduce the chillies to 1 or 2. It is healthy and can be drunk by all ages. For children, you can omit the chillies. It is fat free and can be drunk at any time of the day.
