Potato is a versatile vegetable. It is a favorite with both kids and adults. This humble food when combined with the street food vibe of Pakoras, make for a filling yet scrummy snack time food.


How to Make Potato Bajji

  1. In a bowl mix the chickpea flour, rice flour with salt and spices and make a thick batter by adding a little water. It should resemble a pancake batter.
  2. Heat oil in a deep non stick pan.
  3. Dip each potato slice in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  4. Serve the pakora hot.


Serve with mint coriander chutney, tomato sauce
