How to Make Easy cheesecake in a cup

  1. Pulse the biscuits in a food processor until fine. Transfer the fine crumbs into a bowl. Wipe the food processor clean.
  2. Next add the cream cheese, condensed milk and vanilla essence in the food processor and pulse until smooth.
  3. Divide the cream cheese mixture into 4 small serving cups.
  4. Layer on top with the biscuit crumbs and chill in the fridge for about an hour.

Tip

By adding a couple of nuts with the biscuits in the food processor, you can get a yummy nutty layer on top the cheesecake.
