How to Make Easy Fluffy Pancake

  1. In large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add milk, butter and egg, stir until flour is incorporated well.
  3. Heat nonstick tawa or pan. Once the water has evaporated, brush the pan lightly with oil.
  4. In batches, scoop the batter into the center of the heated tawa.
  5. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until bubbly and edges are dry.
  6. With a spatula, flip the pancakes and cook a few minutes more until nice and golden.
  7. Transfer to a plate.
  8. Repeat with remaining batter.

Tip

You can serve these pancakes with honey, apple sauce or even maple syrup.
