How to Make Mint Coriander Chutney
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- If it is difficult to blend, add 1 tablespoon of fresh curd and blend until smooth.
- You can adjust the consistency and seasoning as per your preference.
This is a quick recipe which can be tried by all. Instead of green chillies, if you like black pepper, you can add 1/2 teaspoon into the mix and blend. Instead of sugar, add honey and enjoy a new fat free chutney!
