Mix the flour, all the masala powders and enough batter to make thick paste free from lumps.

Making the paneer pakora

  1. Heat the sunflower oil and add the batter coated panneer pieces in one by one.
  2. Flip the pakoras and fry till they are golden brown throughout.
  3. Drain the pakoras and transfer them to paper towels to remove the excess oil.

These are perfect with tomato sauce or mint and coriander chutneys.
